Aitana2024-03-15I was a beginner in yoga and followed here the 200hYTT in February to get a better understanding of yoga and learn it properly. It’s tuff as a beginner but I loved it. I learned so many things in this month. The teachers are really good and have a lot of knowledge. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. I would look forward to every meal. The rooms were also very clean and well maintained. There is also a little garden, which you can enjoy when the sun is shinning. The location was also good, close to the Ganga river, shops, coffee places and restaurants. There were some constructions going on but that’s almost everywhere in Tapovan. February was still cold at night, so you need enough warm clothes. But it’s also a more quiet month and we were a small group of only 7 people in the course, which gave us the chance to have more interaction with the teachers. We (students) also became a group of friends in the end of the course. Lastly, I want to thank the owner Paramod and his wife Sunna who were very kind and helpful. They made me feel comfortable in the school. I could also count on them when I was sick or when I needed help. They are always open for conversation when you want to and that’s a very important factor. I’m really grateful for my experience here.

Claire Herrero2024-02-28This school is great. It is perfect for my 300 YTTC. The teachers are friendly and the teaching is very good quality. The staff is always there if you need a few things. This school radiates kindness and all the moments shared together are filled with love. For my first trip to India this school really got me familiar with Indian culture, openness, food and kindness. I recommend this school because it is a great place to evolve personally but also professionally. When I arrived I spoke very little English and after a month I speak much better and even made jokes. Teachers, staff and students helped me a lot. This place is wonderful !
Dylan Steinhauer2024-02-15We booked a trip to India for our honeymoon and wanted to do a yoga retreat while we were here. We saw Hariom Yoga Vidya and thought it would be a good fit for our short time in India. We’re so happy we booked with them because we had a truly unforgettable experience. The owners Pramod and his wife Sona helped us arrange transportation from Delhi and were so accommodating throughout the rest of our stay as well. They treated us to outings like the town’s famous fire ceremony and also took us to Kunjapuri temple. We had originally planned to stay for just a few days but ended up extending our stay because everyone was so welcoming and we felt so comfortable there. The food was absolutely incredible and Sona even gave us a cooking lesson which was so much fun. We had come to Hariom while there was a yoga teacher training group that had already started but everyone in the group was so kind and it was a real treat to learn alongside them from all really wonderful teachers. We could not recommend this school enough and plan to return the next time we come back to India.

Ana Ana2024-01-28After completing YTTC 200 I just decided to stay and do 300hr advanced training too… so I stayed 2 months.. despite cold temperatures during winter heart was always warm. It is intensive learning experience, classes and lectures all day and sundays excursions so it definitely changes you.. happy to learn yoga and deepen my knowledge from traditional yoga school to get comprehensive understanding of this vast system. Rooms are nice, food is delicious and Rishikesh energy is soul nurturing. 🙏

A place in my heart
The course was totally amazing from every point of view. The staff, the place, the food and the teachers were incredible. I enjoyed and learned a lot every day that I spend in the school. This experience will be forever in my heart. More than a school, is a family.

Remarquable Experience
I attended the 200hrs teachers training at the Hari Om Yoga Vidya School. The schedule of the training was very well though through, therefore both beginners and advanced practitioners could catch up. The rooms were very clean and neaty. Everybody was lovely. Doing the teachers training here was an amazing experience i will never forget! Thank You!!!

From Brazil to Rishikesh
I came from Brazil to Rishikesh and I had the most amazing experience at Hariom school. People are so welcoming and helpful. I felt part of the family. The environment is incredible and the food amazing. I learned so much about Yoga, Pranayama, Philosophy, and many other subjects. The city is wonderful and rich and culture and spirituality.

The people at the School are very friendly, the food is very tasty and the teachers are very knowledgeable The program is very structured Catering to basic to advanced Seckers, yoga on river Ganges and trips to holy places are memorable one.

I just finished my 200 hour yoga teacher training here. The teachers are knowledgeable and more than friendly. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, conveniently located and met my needs. The food is amazing, there is really nothing to complain about. Pramod and his wife Sona, the staff and teachers are warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful month in Hari Om Yoga…
I had a wonderful month in Hari Om Yoga Vidya School, i met great people and felt like a part of the family. ❤️ Classes were well organized, we got so much information especially on ashtanga vinyasa and anatomy classes. We learned a lot about every posture and practiced lots of adjustments. All the teachers were so good and inspiring. The food was so tasteful, accommodation very clean. I will miss this place so much. 😊❤️🙏
